Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service and we will be able to help you.

Casual/Kurtis: 15 to 21 days
Party/Evening: 22 to 32 days
Special Occasions/Saris: 25 to 35 days
Bridals: 35 to 55 days

Delivery time for other Items

If you are buying heavily embellished bridal outfits then it takes 45 to 60 days to complete an order. Evening and party wear with handsome amount of embroidery take up to 30 - 35 days. Casual wear are ready within 25 - 30 days. More Precisely, it takes at least 25 - 35 days for an order of various dresses to be ready for dispatch.

Returns Policy for Garments

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website, by email or fax. Bargello will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching any order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free rectifying service.

Returns Policy for other Items

At Bargello, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Charges

These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Express shipping service

We use FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 3 - 5 days except when there is a delay from the supplier. Bargello cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund.

Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from Bargello.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Bargello.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Bargello makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Bargello cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Amend Your Orders

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the order date. Please know that we do not accept amendments after 24 hours from the order transaction is made.
